Returns & Refund Policy

At Altmetrics Equine, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our supplements and strict health and safety standards, we follow a clear and transparent return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
You raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Please note: Products once opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@altmetricsequine.com or call +91 98800 20107 with the following:
Order ID
Reason for return
Photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)
Once verified, we will arrange for a pickup (if serviceable) or request you to ship the product to our warehouse address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds:
Will be processed within 7–10 business days
Will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking)
Refunds will not be applicable for:
Change of mind
Delays caused by courier partners
Products returned without authorization
4. Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return if eligible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used supplements
Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)
Free gifts or sample items
